Vacuum Tungsten Sintering Furnace
I. Usage
The furnace is periodic operation type, which uses the tungsten, tantalum as the heating elements, and it's not only suitable for the high
temperature sintering of such refractory metals or inorganic non-metallic materials as tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum and so on but
also applied to the degassing treatment of metal materials.

III. Structure Description
This vacuum high temperature sintering furnace mainly consists of the furnace shell, heating elements, insulation reflective screen, vacuum
system, electric control system and so on.
1. The furnace shell is under dual water-cooled layer structure with polishing stainless steel inner layer and high-quality anti-proof carbon
steel outer layer. There passes cooling water between the two layers, and the side of furnace is equipped with water-cooled electrodes,
thermocouple and observation holes.
2. The heating element is made of high-temperature tungsten filament or high-temperature tantalum piece, and rational layout helps improve
the furnace temperature’s uniformity.
3. The insulation reflective screen is made of tungsten, tantalum and stainless steel. Vacuum cleaning reduces the gas discharge.
4. The vacuum system is made of oil diffusion pump and mechanical pump. The vacuum valve is the high-vacuum baffle valve designed and
produced by our company, and it can achieve the automatic control of high and low vacuum, with the digital display and PLC.
5. The main circuit of electric control system is low voltage and high current input, the control cabinet is produced according to the Siemens
standards. Imported digital displayed procedure controller automatically control the heating or cooling of temperature, and there designed
graphic simulation screen on the control cabinet panel, which has human design and easy operation, being direct. The control loop has
automatic protective function and alarm with sound and light, when water break, over-temperature and over-current occur.
