Vacuum Sintering Furnace
I. Usage
The vacuum sintering furnace is mainly used in the powder metallurgy product, the metal injection formation product, and the sintering of the
stainless steel base, the hard alloy, the super alloy, the high proportion alloy, the ceramic material, the magnetic material, the neodymium
iron boron and so on. Each metal oxide’s saturation vapor pressure is very low in the vacuum, which could urge the oxide’s
decomposition and elimination. So the component surface’s brightness is high, simultaneously the metal has the very strong activeness,
which could be used for active sintering.
II. Feature
1. Even heating, reliable heat insulation and temperature measurement:
Reasonable heating structure, fine material quality, to guarantee furnace temperature uniformity in vacuum state.

2. Advanced automatic control and reliable safety interlocking:
Using computer or PLC touch screen to realize an full automatic control of temperature and action. And having the function of sound and
light alarm and safety interlocking when overpressure, the hearth’s temperature is excess and it’s water temperature is too high.
3. The stable highly effective vacuum system:
Using the advanced vacuum unit, to achieve the requirements of high pressure rising rate and low gas leakage rate.
4. Fast cooling system which can improve the production efficiency:
It is equipped with an internal recycle rapid cooling device and workpiece. The workpiece has efficient heat exchange technology and
multi-directional blow making the cooling effectively and quickly.
III. Structure
The vacuum sintering furnace has vertical and horizontaltype two kinds. According to the furnace temperature and the customers’
technological requirements, using graphite, molybdenum or tungsten as the heating element and heat shield. The programmable
PID adjusts are installed. The chamber can be moved out totally for easy maintenance. An air charging system is equipped which can
fill the protection gas or working gas into the furnace, the gasification current capacity is adjustable. The internal recycling cooling
system is equipped, which can accelerate the material to cool in the furnace, reducing working period, and it’s good for improving the
product quality and the working efficiency.
