Mesh Belt Sintering Furnace
I. Usage
It is mainly used for sintering of metallurgy products as copper based and iron based powder, composed material and double metal material,
and the reduction of metal powder.
II. Feature
1. Good Temperature Uniformity:
Both upper and bottom heating, the high strength SiC equal-heating plate of the bottom and special hearth design greatly improves the
uniformity of the furnace temperature. Temperature uniformity ± 5C, temperature control accuracy ±1C
2. Low Energy Consumption:
The fiber acupuncture blanket module has good insulation effect, low energy storage, low heat loss, warming faster.
3. Furnace tube service life is long:
The furnace bottom is equipped with a high strength, small coefficient of friction and high temperature resistant SiC board, with furnace
tube prestressed device to ensure an even heat on the metal tube at high temperatures, whose service life is about 1.3 times longer
than the same products.
4. High Degree of Automation:
Intuitionistic simulating display screen, full automatic temperature and action control, perfect alarm device and block protective device.
III. Structure
1. The main structure of this mesh belt sinter furnace is composed by feeding section, heating section, slow cooling section, water
cooling section, pull off section, mesh belt, mesh belt driver equipment, protection atmosphere equipment and electric control
systems, etc.
2. The furnace lining uses ultra energy saving structure. The furnace shell’s insulating layer uses entire textile fiber blanket module,
which are fixed on the steel board of the furnace cover by special way (commonly known as the ceiling structure). This structure has
the advantages of good effect of heat insulation, low in energy storage, less in heat lost, excellent in thermal shock, convenient in
overhaul etc, which greatly improve the service life of the furnace lining. The parameter in electric stove’s power loss under empty
stoves, the exotherm of the stove wall as well as the uniformity of the stove temperature all surpass the national standards.
3. The muffle is made by bending the heatresisting stainless steel plate into ripple shape and welding. It uses a special
strengthening structure according to the high temperature mechanics principle, which improve its service life greatly.
4. The electric motor is stepless speed regulated, frequency control of motor speed, demonstrates the running rate directly.
5. The heating temperature control unit table uses Japan (SHIMA) Corporation’s intelligence temperature control unit. This
instrument has arranged selfadjust and the standard PID operation module which could effectively prevent the overshoot of the
temperature, at the same time, this instrument is equipped with function’s choice, function’s disposition and parameter’ set, and the
set value and the actual value can be displayed by figure. The major heating instrument uses the SCR series assembled three-
phase thyristor power controller, adopting continuously the non-make-and-break type, which is not the traditional electrical make-and-break type, but continually adjust the heating power automatically according to the request of the warm controllers. It is in high precision
when it faced high-power temperature controller. And it produced no noise and has nil interference to the inner power network.
