Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace
I. Usage
The vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace is a very advanced vacuum heat treatment equipment, which has splendid performance and
special design. It is suitable to be used for highspeed steel, molding tool steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy and other alloy material
high precise components’ vacuum gas bright quenching and annealing, the magnetic material’s sintering and fast cooling and so on.
II. Feature
1. The radiator is made of large aperture annular copper tube, cooling fast.
2. The tuyere is laid surrounding the heating chamber evenly and interlaced. The cooling uniformity is good and the workpiece deformation is
small. The heating element is laid surrounding the heating chamber evenly. The temperature uniformity is high, the power loss is low and the
energy saving is high.
3. Using a new type of composite hard felt / metal as the heating type heatinsulation course. It has the features of high temperature and high
pressure resistance, high gas velocity resistance and its service life is long.
4. Flexible programming technique input, stable and reliable mechanical action, and perfect security system and abnormal warning system,
make the equipment have high reliability and maintainability.
III. Structure
The complete standard modularization design includes the steel structure furnace shell body, the compound heat preservation screen of the
heating zone, the heating tape (stick), the highvelocity air flue, the high efficiency motor with fan, the high efficiency gas heat interchanger, the
hot gasification system, the vacuum system, the cooling aqueous system and the electricity control system.
The maximum inflation pressure is 1.0Mpa (absolute pressure), and the inflation pressure is adjustable continuously from 0.2 MPa to 1.0 Mpa,
and it has two kinds, the graphite internal furnace and metal internal furnace, and the graphite heating element and molybdenum belt heating
element.

3. We can add an oil diffusion pump,the ultra vacuum can reach 6.7×10-4 Pa;
4. We can use a special designed and selected heating element and heating insulation screen, and the temperature can reach 2100C.
